How Vacation Rental Insurance is Helping Our Customers And Victims of Hurricane Katrina
CSA and its 150-plus employees are dedicated assisting our customers and those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
StormWatch Hotline: CSA has activated our toll-free 24-hour StormWatch Hotline, 800-260-5486. By calling the hotline, anyone in any state -- not just CSA's insured clients -- can receive weather updates, travel advisories, answers about vacation rental insurance coverage, and assistance getting a message to family or friends.
Claims Processing: Because access to money is a paramount concern to policyholders with Katrina-related claims, CSA is doing everything possible to speed the payment of claims to those living in areas affected by Katrina's effects
If you are a travel agent or property manager who sells CSA plans, please send us all documentation (invoices, contact information, travel details, etc.) regarding your customers who may file a claim due to Katrina.
You can mail or fax these documents to CSA at:

Toll-free Fax: (877) 300-8670

Please include as much of the following information as you have available:
- Insured's Name
- Insured's Phone Number

- Insured's Travel Dates
- Insured's Trip Cost
With your help, hopefully together we can make one small part of the process of recovery easier for our mutual customers.
Charitable Donations: Monetary donations are being forwarded from a combination of CSA, its employees and CSA underwriter AEGON Insurance Group through a matching program. The same formula earlier this year generated more than $100,000 to Southeast Asia tsunami relief efforts.
